Erik Nilssen, MD, MBA
Erik is a distinguished Orthopedic Surgeon known for his exemplary medical skills and leadership within the healthcare industry. With a background in both medicine and business, holding an MD and MBA, Dr. Nilssen brings a unique perspective to his practice. Throughout his career, he has served in various leadership roles in the church, community, and healthcare sector, demonstrating his commitment to service and excellence. Balancing his professional and personal life, Dr. Nilssen currently runs a successful private practice as an orthopedic surgeon, where he provides exceptional care to his patients.
Family is a cornerstone of Dr. Nilssen’s life, as he is happily married to Allison Nilssen and is a proud father of three wonderful children: Stellan, Malloy, and Emmersyn. Driven by a desire to support his fellow physicians, Dr. Nilssen founded WealthDx, a platform dedicated to helping healthcare professionals reduce burnout and depression. His entrepreneurial spirit is further exemplified by his status as a serial entrepreneur, fueled by a passion for success and innovation. With his dedication to service, leadership acumen, and entrepreneurial endeavors, Dr. Erik Nilssen stands as a beacon of inspiration, and continues making a positive impact in multiple industries.
Malloy is a dynamic 13-year-old with a passion for various interests and activities. Being homeschooled allows him the flexibility to excel both academically and in his extracurricular pursuits. Malloy is an avid player of travel baseball, showcasing his skills and sportsmanship on the field. In his free time, he loves using his creative imagination to build things such as baseball bats demonstrating his innovative and hands-on approach to problem-solving. Music is another area where Malloy shines, particularly in playing the drums. He is an active member of his youth worship band, where he hones his musical talents and enjoys collaborating with his peers. Malloy is known for his kindness and thoughtfulness, traits that endear him to those around him. His love for cars and boating reflects his adventurous spirit and appreciation for outdoor activities. With his diverse interests and compassionate nature, Malloy Nilssen is a bright and promising young individual with a world of potential ahead of him.

As a father and son duo we created the first youth “Game Only” bat featuring GEM-1 Technology. Through our initiative, we are not just encouraging kids to swing a bat but to embrace a spiritual lifestyle that guides them towards personal growth and future success. By using baseball as a platform for mentorship and character-building, we highlight the importance of holistic youth development, shaping well-rounded individuals who are responsible, principled, and purpose driven long after baseball.
